| The
Walden Adirondack is designed to optimize
paddling performance while affording the maximum
comfort and stability for the paddler who
requires a roomy cockpit. The Adirondack is very
stable, features a nice roomy cockpit (43"X19"),
and can carry 300 pounds. The stern rubber hatch
and sealed bulkhead provide lots of dry storage
space. The padded seat has an adjustable backrest
for long comfortable days on the water. The
Walden Adirondack is molded to be readily fitted
with a readily available aftermarket rudder.
Factory rudders will be available in a couple of
months. The
unsinkable foam sandwich construction creates a
stiff hull for smooth glide and easy paddling.
The custom foam layer also provides sound and
cold water insulation as well as added flotation.
The Adirondack color options include a Forest
Green, Red, Yellow, Olive Green, d an Orange and
a Navy. Each Walden Kayak is hand made in the U.S.A.,
and our earth-friendly, recycled and recyclable
materials go easy on Mother Nature.
The Adirondack is

lower foredeck with an optional thigh brace kit

now have a stern bulkhead and generous rear 11"x
8" hatch that provides easy access to all

quick release buckles. Bow and stern deck rigging
